Meet someone new by voice. Choose Audio, allow microphone access, and start a conversation without turning on your camera.
How to start an audio match
- 01 · Choose AudioOpen Start Voice Chat and confirm Audio is selected.
- 02 · Allow your microphonePress Start and allow microphone access if asked. Your camera is not needed.
- 03 · Talk when connectedWait for a match. If none is available, follow the status in the app and try again later.
Mute, leave, or fix your microphone
During an audio conversation, use the microphone control to mute or unmute yourself and the end control to leave.
If your microphone does not work
- Check that your device microphone works and another app is not using it.
- Allow microphone access for meetcam.live in your browser’s site settings.
- Return to Audio mode and try again. Reload if the permission change does not take effect.

Random audio matching chooses someone by chance. To choose a person, open a profile and check its available contact options. These cards open profiles; they do not start a personal audio call.

Your first visit includes free matches and messages. Check in to get more. For Audio, review the allowance or price shown for that mode before starting. Additional paid services are optional; see the allowances guide for details.

Can I use voice chat without a camera?
Yes. Choose Audio mode. The audio flow uses your microphone and does not require camera access.
How do I start an audio match on MeetCam?
Open Start Voice Chat, confirm Audio is selected on the Match page, review the allowance, press Start, and allow microphone access if asked.
What should I do if my microphone does not work?
Check your device microphone, allow microphone access for meetcam.live in browser site settings, then return and try Audio again. Reload if the updated permission is not recognized.
