How MeetCam Works

1. Choose how you want to meet

Use random matching for a new connection, or browse profiles and choose someone to contact. You can start without signing up. Read our video chat with girls guide for profile discovery and call options.

2. Allow camera and microphone access

Your browser asks for device permission when you start a call. Allow the camera and microphone for MeetCam. If you previously blocked access, open the browser’s site settings, change the permission, and reload.

Close another app that is using your camera if the preview does not work. Use a supported browser with a stable connection and keep the page open during your call.

3. Review your available options

Check your free match and message allowances. Read the price and billing unit displayed for a paid option before proceeding. A free match allowance is different from unlimited free call time.

4. Start your conversation

Use the available match or profile call action. When a connection starts, introduce yourself and ask an easy question. You can end a conversation whenever you want.

5. Contact someone from their profile

1. Open Browse Profiles and select a person.
2. Choose Message to open the conversation. Write your message in the input field and use the send control.
3. Choose Video Chat for a call, then follow the availability, price and device-permission prompts shown.

The Follow button helps you find someone again. A response or future call depends on their availability and interest.

6. Where to collect check-in rewards

1. Open the matching page.
2. Find the reward strip near the top of the page, above the Start button. A countdown says Next reward in; select it to see the next reward information.
3. When it says Your reward is ready!, select Claim.
4. Review the reward confirmation and the next countdown.

The reward strip appears when the service enables it for your session. The displayed amount and countdown come from the service; a countdown reaching zero is checked before a reward can be claimed.

Where to check your balance

On the matching page, the free-match badge beside the match mode shows available matches. Your coin balance appears beside the coin icon: at the top on mobile, or in the account panel on desktop. Select the coin balance to open the purchase options; a purchase is optional.
